Once you have selected your Pet All Blow Mold Machine or Pet All Equipment, and placed your order with us, we follow a thorough order process to ensure complete satisfaction for our clients.

Stage 1

Stage 1:

At the outset of your project, we begin with an overview project meeting. During this meeting, we review all the key details, specifications, and drawings you discussed with your Pet All representative, along with initial considerations for your production.

Stage 2:

At Pet All Manufacturing Inc., the design and construction for blow mold machines can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on the complexity of the parts being produced. We collaborate closely with our customers to ensure that the selected tooling and equipment is perfectly suited to the specific requirements of the project. If prototyping is necessary, we are equipped to produce prototype parts using a range of advanced techniques.

Stage 3

Stage 3:

Once the blow mold machine, or equipment is completed, the client will be invited to visit the factory to observe the machine in production and give final approval for shipment to their facility.

Stage 4:

We maintain close communication with our clients throughout the shipping process to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.

Stage 5:

When the blow molding machine arrives at the client's facility, Pet All's engineers will install the machinery and provide training to the client's employees on its operation.

Stage 5

After Sales 

After installation and commissioning of the machine, our team follows up with your personnel to make sure that the transition to production is smooth. Most problems can be solved over the phone but our service engineers are ready to troubleshoot in your factory whenever necessary.
