Our vision inspection system comes with 11 standard cameras plus an additional one for handle-ware containers. Each neck, bottom, and sidewall is checked at speeds that range from 5,000/hour for gallon containers to 18,000/hour for half liter bottles. Customers can set all critical parameters. For example, the customer how neck much ovality they want to tolerate or how far from the center the injection point of a PET bottle has to be before it is deemed NG, no good.
Additionally, we can supply leak testing and/or sorting arrangements after the vision check. For example, we can set up several trays, bottles will fall in at a predetermined number. This will allow your operators to take care of more machines.
